  • U10 only: Opposition players must retreat into their own half of the playing field on goal kicks.
  • U16+ Injury Rule: Re-entry is permitted if an injury occurs and all other substitutes have been exhausted.

Blue line rules apply

• When the goalkeeper has the ball, either during play (from the opponent) or from a goal kick, the opposing team must move behind the build out line until the ball is put into play
• Once the opposing team is behind the build out line, the goalkeeper can pass, throw or roll the ball into play (punting is not allowed)
• BUILd out line will also be used to denote where offside offenses can be called
• Players cannot be penalized for an offside offense between the halfway line and the build out line
• Players can be penalized for an offside offense between the build out line and goal line
• If there is not a build out line drawn on the field, simply place cones on the touchline at each end of the field midway between the penalty box and halfway line. We have to be on the same page on this

Referees must set up their direct deposit
payment to referees is made once per month based on if you have completed your games reports

The US Soccer Build-Out Line rules will not be used in the Fall of 2017. Offside will be judged from the centerline.

–Punts and Drop Kicks
If a goalkeeper punts or drop kicks the ball, an IFK should be awarded to the opposing team from the spot of the offense. If the punt or drop kick occurs within the goal area, the IFK should be taken on the goal area line parallel to the goal line at the nearest point to where the infringement occurred
